SHIPPING COSTS
USA: We offer shipping via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are $10.00 for the first item and $5.00 for each additional item shipped in the same package. For PO Boxes, we will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Canada: We offer shipping via USPS Global Priority. Shipping rates are $16.00 for the first item and $7.00 for each additional item shipped in the same package.
We will send you an email with your tracking information once we have shipped your package.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OTHER TAXES AND DUTIES MAY APPLY AND ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
International: We offer shipping worldwide via USPS Global Express. Shipping rates are $35.00 for the first item and $10.00 for each additional item shipped in the same package.

RETURNS
We accept returns on products for any reason, provided that the item has not been worn.
If you wish to return a product, email your request within 10 days of receipt of product to service @shoetiger.com. We will issue you an RA # and provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
If a return is necessary due to an error on our part, such as describing an item incorrectly or shipping the wrong item, we will refund the full purchase price (including shipping) and will reimburse the buyer for the cost to return the item to us.
For all other returns, we will refund the purchase price of the item (less shipping). The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping.
